Regarding our resolution discussion in one of the previous chapters it may be interesting to compare these results to THIS IMAGE (kindly provided by Shawn). It was taken with an Olympus E-510 with removed AA filter.

We have been critized because we used a "hard" sharpening setting ... supposedly. However, this is INCORRECT. The following settings were used for the camera JPEGs and within Olympus Studio: Color=VIVID, Sharpening=NORMAL, NR=LOW, No false color reduction. Please note that the EXIF data shows sharpening="hard" but this is not the result of a misconfiguration - when using Sharpening=LOW in Studio the EXIF data does still show "hard" sharpening. We tripple-checked this to make sure.
