Verdict
The Hartblei Super-Rotator 80mm f/2.8 MC is a tilt-shift lens on a budget.
At medium aperture settings the quality is great, less so wide-open and
regarding flare in contra light. As a quite unique feature you can tilt/shift
at any position you want rather than being limited to a preset axis.
At about a third of the price (299US$ at eBay) of a genuine brand PC lens it
offers much but not without compromises.
PS: Hartblei has informed us that the flare issue has been improved in the current version of this lens.
